Processing and Shipping

All orders will be sent within 3-5 business days of ordering. The shipping time you see at checkout is the time it takes to arrive at your address once the item has been shipped.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order on all shop items that have not been used. If you believe your item is defective or you would like to request a refund, please contact us through our contact form, or send an email to penni@prhomescents.com.

A: Absolutely! From our natural soy wax to our non-toxic fragrances, we are committed to providing eco-friendly products that are safe for both your home and the environment. Plus, our containers are reusable and recyclable!

Q: How long do your candles burn?
A: Our candles are made to last! Depending on the size, each 5 oz candle can burn for up to 35 hours, providing you with long-lasting fragrance and ambiance.
